In this article, I'll show you how to edit an unsent Acy Mailing 5 newsletter.

Access to Acy Mailing 5

This screen is accessible via the administration area: Select Components → Acy Mailing 5 → Newsletters from the drop-down menus.

Editing a new newsletter

When you land on the newsletters page, you will see a list of previous newsletters that have been generated and for most - sent.  By default the list is ordered most recent at the top of the list.  The newsletter that you are about to access should be at the top of the list.  Importantly, it won't have been sent.  There's not much you can do with a sent newsletter!

To edit a newsletter, click on the newsletter name in the subject column.  The newsletter will now be in edit mode.

You can now continue to construct your newsletter.  Changing the subject and / or the html area (body) of the newsletter.

As previously mentioned in creating a newsletter, remember to click the Save button.  As sometimes if you leave your computer for some time, the site can request that you log back in and unfortunately the content you have added will be lost unless it is saved.

When you have completed the areas of the newsletter that you need to... are you ready to send it out to the member base?
