Access to Acy Mailing 5

This is screen accessible via the administration area: Select Components → Acy Mailing 5 → Templates from the drop-down menus.

Manage a newsletter template

The current website's newsletter template list:

#   TEMPLATE DEFAULT PUBLISHED ID

1   Weekly Results     54
2   Monthly Newsletter     55
3   Newsletter Plain     10
4   Playing Groups - 8:00 Start     38
5   Playing Groups - 8.30 Start     39
6   Fees Invoice     8

Only one template will be set to default which as per the video, in this instance it is Weekly Results.  The default template is the template that is used when creating a new newsletter.  However, in the video Monthly Newsletter template is the template that will be edited.

Once the template opens, scroll down and view the HTML version.  Make the required changes - such as changing the committee members details as required annually.  Other changes can include updating the body to reflect a different level of information to be displayed.

Click Save to complete these changes for future newsletters.
