In this article, I'll show you how to manage an Acy Mailing 5 subscription list.

Access to Acy Mailing 5

This is screen accessible via the administration area: Select Components → Acy Mailing 5 → Lists from the drop-down menus.

Newsletter lists

Presently there are six (6) list items:

  • Annie only;
  • Newsletters 2021;
  • Current Members Only;
  • Playing Groups and Tee Times;
  • Lapsed; and
  • Peter Only.

From this list the book-end items (Annie only and Peter only) should be reviewed as to whether they are required.

The key to managing the newsletter lists is the designated colour circle that correlates to each list item.  The colour circle makes a list quickly identifiable on the user page.

To edit a list item, click on the corresponding title that you want to change.

Edit screen

In the edit screen, the key areas that you will focus on are:

  • List Name - do you want to change / update the name;
  • Enabled - publish it or not;
  • Colour - give it a colour that hasn't been used previously.

Once you have made your change(s), click Save and you're done.

If at any point you have made a change to the list name and you want to revert it, simply click Cancel.  Providing you haven't saved it already, you will return to the list screen without the edits you made being saved.
