By default the maximum file upload size is set to 2MB. It is not a Drupal issue, instead a php issue as upload_max_filesize is set in your php configuration (php.ini file). I had the issue where I needed to filter an array list by a specific column. In my instance, the column is language. To be able to reduce the query to the language column the code required is
