As you're using Bootstrap 5 and applying a style for the hover state of an accordion button, specifically changing the background image of an ::after pseudo-element. If you want to change the icon colour on hover, you should modify the fill attribute in the SVG's path element.

Working through an app project I inherited using Ionic, Angular and ngx-leaflet to name a few elements... Ha you have read it before, one of those throw away lines that is written "just create a cartfile". So your thinking carthage update, carthage init, create a plain text document, etc... all wrong. How do you know... when you run carthage update, you receive the following error
Get this error: "No such file in directory"
